Grilled or fried meat served on rice with spicy Curry sauce. Gives the energy you need after a long day's work. Provides +5 to all stats for your weekly training. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Barbecue
Grilled Ribs steeped in various seasonings and slathered with barbecue sauce. A hearty and filling meal for the road ahead. Provides +5 exp to your weekly spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Pizza
Tomato sauce, various meats and veggies, coated with cheese and placed on a spun, flour plate and baked in an oven. Filling and satisfying to the senses, if not exactly healthy. Provides +1 DP to your weekly spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Omelette
Eggs grilled on a skillet with various meats and vegetables, along with buttermilk, and a bit of flour. Provides you with the energy to start the day. Provides +20 stamina to your spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Breaded Shrimp
Shrimp breaded with flour and seasoning before fried in oil, served with tartar sauce, potatoes and seaweed. A coastal specialty that provides +20 vitality to your spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Breaded Chicken
White Chicken breast breaded with flour and seasoning before fried in oil, served with a hearty lemon glaze and butter sauce. A traditional meal in farmlands that provides +20 strength to your spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Pancakes
Eggs, flour, and milk stirred together into a bowl before being grilled on a skillet, served with butter and maple syrup. Provides you with the energy to start the day. Provides +20 toughness to your spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Shortcake
Flour, eggs, milk stirred together into a bowl before being poured into a cake mold before baking in an oven. Served with icing and choice of fruit. Energizes you for the road ahead. Provides +20 speed to your spars for the week. Limit to one Food bonus per week.
Mushroom Stew
Mushrooms diced and grilled in a skillet with butter and seasoning before added to a beef broth. Add salt for flavor. Provides +25 exp to your next battle completed. Limit to one Food bonus per week, Limit 1 per Battle.

A stiff and smokey drink commonly distilled from barley or corn. Provides +20 to your stamina when drank, and can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
Vodka
A strong but mixable drink commonly distilled from virtually any starch. Provides +20 to your toughness when drank, and can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
Wine
A civilized and smooth drink commonly distilled from grapes and other vineyards. Provides +20 to your speed when drank, and can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
Brandy
A smokey and potent beverage commonly distilled from a variety of fruit. Provides +2 SP when drank, and can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
Scotch
A very potent drink, usually distilled from a concentration of barley and other wheats. Provides +7 to your Intelligence upon drinking, can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
Tequila
Frequently distilled from Agave juice, this potent liquor provides +7 to your Charisma upon drinking, can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
Mead
A hearty and filling beverage, usually distilled from honey or sugar. Provides +7 to your Determination upon drinking, can be drank up to five times, but only once per week. You may only benefit from one Drink per week. Drink responsibly!
