Can be installed on a planet with a Capital City, in a Warlord Villa, and on any ship that can hold 6 or more people.

Passive Level Expansion

Once the quest is completed, it unlocks a weaker psuedo-version of that form which increases the gains of their current transformation by +5% all stats but also emulates the ki drain of the new form. The following is an exhaustive list of scenarios where souls may be used:

When a player is defending against an attack from multiple opponents, they may even the sides using their souls. For example, if someone is being attacked by 2 people, they may bring a second soul to help defend.

When a player is defending against planetary destruction / conquering they may use any number of souls. The player must be the owner of the planet in question.

If both sides of a battle agree, any number of souls may be used.

If a player is sneak attacking for something that has been stolen from them, they may use any number of souls.

If the victor of a battle used multiple souls, they may only only make the kill/steal decision on ONE of the souls.

Second/tri souls may not be used to help if an alliance vault is being sneak attacked.

Tri-Soul

Allows you to create a third character. The question is, can you really handle it? Same rules apply as Major Second Soul.

One turn later, he shows up and deals DR 10 damage to one enemy if it connects. Using this counts as a finisher used on the turn the damage is done towards the Advanced/Finisher per turn cap. Can't be used by Demons or Celestials, they'd be too scared to press it (includes hybrids).
